Important Reminders

Don't forget that tonight is our annual back to school open house!

A message from our Middle School Principal, Mrs. Hensyel:

Attention Lakeside Middle School families! We have some fun new changes!

There is now a middle school secretary! Help us welcome Kimberly Duncan! You can reach her at 208-686-2114 or by email at Duncan.kim@lakesidesch.org. Also, you can now come into the middle school to check out your middle school kids!

6th graders are now going to transition with the rest of the middle school. This means they will be rotating with the rest of the school for science, history, math, social studies, and their electives.

Lastly, in an effort to limit bullying and to focus more on academics, the school board approved a no cell phone policy for the duration of the middle school day. This means that cell phones will need to stay in backpacks or in lockers from 7:55-3:03. For more information, please see the handbook, which will be sent home the first day of school! There is a section for you to sign and return with your student.

Our high school fall sports are officially underway and off to a fantastic start! Help us in congratulating our football team as they defeated Coeur du Christ Academy 54-32. Also, a round of applause goes out to our volleyball team for their three-match sweep against Clark Fork!

Upcoming sports events:

Varsity volleyball will commence tonight at 6:00pm. Join us for another HOME game in Miller Court!

Football is headed to Clark Fork on Friday to compete in their first away game.
