Greetings!
Hello Everyone to this special edition of the Herald - dedicated to distance learning resources. At this time, I will not be accepting additional items to the Herald because I really want to dedicate my time to supporting you guys in distance learning.
Please read these posts.
As you can imagine, things have been moving really quickly and I have tried to collect all of the various emailed questions and answer them below.
You will see how to access various blackboard resources, other resources for distance learning, and common tech issues.

Use this link to schedule time with Carly. Leave in the notes whether you need a shorter/longer period of time. :)

Login to Blackboard
It is the same login you use to get into your laptop. You do not need VPN for it.

Click on Distance Learning at the top, click on the small blue link underneath, and read the "what will I find here?" to find a resource
**Restarting your laptop can fix many issues**
Passwords
Please do not change your password to your computer/login.
If you do change your password, you will have to sit in the parking lot of a FCPS school and get on their wifi, then login with your new password on your laptop in order to get in.
VPN Issues
If that doesn't work...
1. Restart your laptop and try again
2. Go to connect.fcps.edu and try to login
3. Try downloading the Windows 64-Bit install
On a personal laptop (not recommended)
You would need to download the software for your system.
