Each event below has a label on which group is participating.

(P/G) Parent Booster Meeting - Thursday, January 16

• Time: 6pm-7:15pm
• Location: MVHS Auditorium

(PB) Stinky Sneaker - Tuesday, January 21st

• Call Time: 5pm
• Game starts at 7:30pm and will likely last until 10pm
• Wear your new pep band shirt!
• If you are not in pep band but are intersted in joining us, show up at 5pm!

(PB) Basketball Pep Band - Girls vs Ridgevue - Friday, January 24th

• Call time: 5:30pm
• Game starts: 7:30pm

(SB) Combined Band Concert - Tuesday, January 28th

• Call time: 6:30pm
• Performance starts: 7:00pm
• Location: MVHS Auditorium

(SB) Idaho All-State Music in Lewiston (select students) - Wednesday, January 29th - Saturday, February 1st

• Select students only.

(PB) Basketball Pep Band - Boys vs Ridgevue - Wednesday, February 5th

• Call time: 5:30pm
• Game starts: 7:30pm

Basketball Concessions

• Funds for this will go towards the band general fund that pays for festival, busing, music, and equipment.
• We need 12 concessions workers for Stinky Sneaker

Calendar Raffle - TBA

• I will be releasing information in the next couple days regarding a calendar raffle that will be used for fundraising for the California trip. Be on the lookout for a fundraising email!

Boise State Concessions

• Our band boosters have been working a lot to get money to help fund ALL of our band students. Please consider volunteering for a concession date!

• Adults or Students 16 or older -- if you are interested in helping with Boise State Concessions, join the BAND app group HERE
  

Donate Directly to MVHS Bands - any amount helps!!

• By check made out to MVHS Bands dropped off to Mr. Barro or the front office bookkeeper.

Trip payment due dates:

Deposit: $50 - Overdue

Payment #1: $250 - Overdue

Payment #2: $250 - Overdue

Payment #3: $250 - Due Thursday, February 6

Payment #4: $150* - Due Thursday, March 6

*The final payment amount (#4) will be released by January 19th. Thank you for your patience in this.

All payments can be made online on MySchoolFees or via check/cash. If paying by check, make it out to MVHS Bands.

If paying by cash, please put it in an envelope with the student name and payment # OR drop it off to the bookkeeping office before school, during advisory/lunch, or after school.

Please Note: The rosters were finalized for the trip right after the 2nd payment was made in December.
