Let Us Inroduce You To: Kaori Horton, Our School Psychologist
We have a new School Psychologist here at Ivy Hill. Mrs. Kaori Horton joined our staff this year after spending last year at Olive Elementary. Mrs. Horton is not a clinical psychologist so she doesn't see students for therapy but she is part of our Special Education and Problem Solving teams and works to help students that may have challenges in our educational process. She helps our teachers come up with strategies that help students reach their greatest potential.
Mrs. Horton is a native of Japan and moved to the US for college in Indiana. She is very happy to have landed here at Ivy Hill and hopes to be a great support not only to our students but to our community as well.
