November 4 - November 8
Principal's Message
Good afternoon Patton families,
Thank you all for your support this week at school. Our students did a great job with Red Ribbon Week and successfully completed our state interim assessments. Come join us this week after school with a home wrestling dual on 11/4 and home basketball on 11/6!
We will have a Site council meeting on November 5th at 4:00pm.
Have a great weekend!
With Patton Pride,
Kevin Wellington

Meet the Teacher
Mr. Webster
Anthony Webster is a seasoned educator with an impressive eleven years of teaching experience. Specializing in the Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Design and Modeling curriculum. Passionate about fostering creativity and critical thinking in his students, Anthony firmly believes that teachers play an integral role in shaping the lives of young people, second only to their parents. He understands that a quality education can be transformative, not only equipping students with necessary knowledge but also empowering them to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
Originating from Minnesota, Anthony's Midwestern roots have instilled in him a strong work ethic and a sense of community. He pursued higher education at Northwest Missouri State University, where he honed his skills and passion for teaching. His journey in education has been marked by a commitment to inspiring the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers. With a knack for building and fixing things, Anthony brings a hands-on approach to his classroom, encouraging students to engage with design and modeling through practical, real-world applications.
When he is not in the classroom, Anthony is an avid adventurer with his family. He treasures these moments of exploration. His love for adventure reflects his philosophy that learning happens beyond the confines of the classroom.
Interestingly, Anthony doesn’t own a microwave. This choice may seem unconventional, but it speaks to his appreciation for simplicity and perhaps a preference for more traditional cooking methods. He welcomes any opportunity to enjoy A refreshing glass of Tea, which adds a personal touch to his interactions with friends, family, and colleagues alike.
As a dedicated educator and devoted family man, Anthony Webster exemplifies the qualities of a role model that he seeks to instill in his students. With a passion for teaching, a love for adventure, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, he continues to inspire those around him, one lesson at a time.
welcome Anthony to the Patton Family!
NURSE CORNER
Illness absent protocol for Patton
Please call the school for any absences or tardiness. This allows us to record the absence.
- USD 207 policy states that all students should be kept at home for illnesses until free from fever, diarrhea, or vomiting for 24 hours without the aid of medications. A fever is considered to be 99.6 degrees or above.
- Your student will be marked Excused only if the Nurse calls and states the kid needs to go home. If the Parent chooses to take the student home it will be marked unexcused until a Medical Note is provided.
Volunteers are needed
We are looking for a few parents to help with the vision and hearing test, please see the QR code below to sign up. I have also provided the link below.
