Underground Spirit Week Success!
At Nancy Young, we just celebrated an underground Spirit Week, where our incredible staff came together to participate in a variety of fun dress-up days. This initiative brought so much joy and energy, fostering a stronger sense of community and positively enhancing our culture. From creative costumes to shared laughter, the week was filled with memorable moments that truly brightened the days leading up to winter break. Everyone had such a fantastic time, and we’re already looking forward to share in the fun with our students starting Monday, December 16th! See the schedule below! It’s heartwarming to see how something as simple as dress-up days can bring people closer and create lasting smiles!
Holiday Shop Success!
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing PTA and parent volunteers for dedicating their time and effort to make the holiday shop a success! Our students had a wonderful time selecting meaningful gifts for their loved ones, learning the joy of giving, and putting others’ needs before their own. This special experience not only brought smiles to their faces but also fostered a spirit of generosity and thoughtfulness. We truly appreciate all the hard work and care that went into creating such a memorable event for our school community. Thank you for making this holiday season extra special!
Dear Families,
At NYE, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of maintaining regular school attendance. Whether it's unexpected challenges, health concerns, or family commitments, we know how hard it can be to juggle everything.
Attendance is essential to your child’s success, not only academically but also socially and emotionally. Each day at school provides opportunities for learning, connecting with friends, and exploring new ideas. Our team is here to help ensure that every child has the support they need to attend regularly and thrive.
If you’re facing barriers that make attendance difficult, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Whether you need assistance with transportation, navigating medical appointments, or other resources, we’re ready to work together to find solutions.
Your child’s success is our top priority, and we believe that by partnering with families, we can help every student succeed.
Thank you for being an integral part of our school community. Let’s work together to make 2025 a great year for everyone!
Call the main office to request support for your child’s school attendance.
Warm regards,
Erin
