We appreciate the hardwork that our scholars and their teachers have been putting in all year and are excited for them to show off what they know on upcoming EOC and Advanced Placement tests. First up will be the EOC tests April 29th-May 7. See below for the dates for each test and a link to great practice resources online.

Welcome to Experience Online Testing Georgia! (gaexperienceonline.com)
This practice site is a chance for students to learn more about the structure and content of the Georgia Milestones Assessments, experience online testing, and practice using online tools. Parents and educators are also welcome to explore this site along with the Georgia Department of Education website which provides further information.
The Test Practice & Online Guides icon links to online study guides, online assessment guides, and demonstration tests. The online study and assessment guides have content instruction as well as practice items for specific grades or courses. The items on the demonstration tests are general and are organized by grade or course in the content areas of English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. The guides and demonstration tests are not graded, so have fun!
Important Details for AP testing that starts May 6th

Should there be a need, June 15th is the deadline for students to submit for a score cancellation. More information on College Board Exam Cancellation policies are available at Cancel Scores – AP Students | College Board.

Additionally, report time for 8 am exams is 7:45 am and 12 pm exams is 11:45 am. All exams will be at Magnet. Testing schedules will be printed and posted so that students know where to report once they arrive. Note that there is a $40 fee that will be charged to a student's account for unused or cancelled exams.
Most 12pm exams will conclude after buses have left for the day. Families are responsible for transportation for students following afternoon AP exams.

Senior Letters due May 3rd
Every year, Mrs. Jones’ collects messages for the seniors to wish them good luck as they begin the next chapter of their lives. Write a nice message (letter, note, card, cartoon, etc.) to say “goodbye” to your senior friends. Submit the message in an unsealed envelope (just folded paper is acceptable) with the senior’s first and last name on the outside. Drop your message(s) off in any of the drop box locations or online at: www.tinyurl.com/RMSSTSeniorLetters by Friday, May 3rd. Anyone is allowed to submit so, let us show the seniors how much we love them and will miss them when they graduate!

Celebrating Distinction at RMSST
Math Team earns 2nd & 3rd at State Calculus Competition
The Math Team participated in the second annual Georgia Association of AP Math Teachers' Calculus Competition on Saturday. This competition takes place simultaneously in four locations: Tifton, Columbus, Georgia Southern University, and RMSST. There are overall state-wide winners and site winners for those schools not earning overall awards at each site. The team of Trenton Fulgham, Delano Page, Matilda Rodgers, and Kathryn Stoltz placed 3rd at the Rockdale site, and the team of Precious Babajide, Prakash Gupta, Camila Moreno, and Ian Morgan placed 2nd at the Rockdale site, out of 30 teams! Please congratulate these students!

Reminder: Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) and Tutor.com, one of the world’s largest online tutoring services, have partnered to provide live, online tutoring services for RCPS students. Through this partnership, quarantined RCPS students in grades 6-12 can access live tutors on-demand, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from Tutor.com for 1-to-1 learning support. RCPS students in grades K-12 can access the same expert tutors afterschool.
The service provides homework help across more than 120 subjects, along with drop-off essay review and test prep.
Students can access Tutor.com through the ClassLink landing page in any internet browser on their school-issued laptop or device, which will automatically sign in the student to their account. Or they can visit https://launchpad.classlink.com/rockdale.
Extended Tutorial available weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
The last day for extended tutorial this school year will be Tuesday, May 21st.

Annual Updates Open Now for the 24-25 School Year
It’s time to complete your Annual Student Update in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
We encourage you to complete your Annual Update as soon as possible to avoid delays.
An Annual Update is required for each student to receive an RCPS laptop or iPad and to access online instructional programs for the 24-25 school year.
- Log in to the Parent Portal (www.rockdaleschools.org/infinitecampus)
- Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
- Click MORE at the bottom of the list.
- Click ANNUAL UPDATES AND REGISTRATION.
- Choose 24-24 SCHOOL YEAR ANNUAL UPDATE.
- Click START and then BEGIN REGISTRATION.
- Review the information for ALL STUDENTS in your household.
- NOTE: Names cannot be changed in an Annual Update. Please contact Student Registration if the name of a student or parent/guardian in your application has changed or is incorrect.
- When you are finished, click SUBMIT.
- Please wait for the message “Thank you for completing Online Registration for Rockdale County Public Schools” to confirm your update has been received. It can take 15-20 seconds for this message to appear.
- During the school year, please use this same process to update your address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and student health information.
