Junior High Track & Field Day – Volunteers needed
This is just a quick reminder about the upcoming Track & Field Day (May 6th) for Junior High at Strathcona Athletics Park (SAP).
All junior high parents received some information about the day this week. Details of the day are still in the works, but we need parent volunteers at different stations throughout the day.
If you can volunteer that day, please complete the Track Day (May 6th)Volunteers form. We will contact all volunteers before the day with job descriptions and details for the day.
Also please send any inquiries to Mr. Botchey at symonds.botchey@eips.ca.
Please Check for New School Fees!
Several sports team and field trip fees have been added this month. Please login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and go to “Student Fees.” There you can view your fees and pay them online. Fees are due within 30 days of posting.
If you are unsure how to make a payment, or would like to make a partial payment only, you can watch this tutorial created by our very own Mrs. Khajavi which walks you through the student fee payment options.
If you have questions, please contact our current Business Manager at jackie.bateman@eips.ca
Mrs. Bateman is leaving this role on April 12, so future inquiries can be directed to our incoming Business Manager at jennifer.gibson@eips.ca

Complete your census online starting May 1, 2024
The 2024 municipal census begins May 1. Watch your mail in late April for your personalized PIN number. We strongly encourage residents to use the online platform for its efficiency, convenience, and security.
Starting May 13, our dedicated census workers will conduct door-to-door collection for households that have not yet participated, while the online option remains open throughout this period.
Visit Strathcona.ca/census for more information.
Traveling Internationally?
Please let your teacher(s) or the office know if you are traveling outside of Canada and require access to your Brightspace. Regularly, Brightspace isn't accessible when you are outside of Canada, so we need to request access from EIPS for the duration of your travels.
Thank you! 😀
