Immunization Reminder to HHASD Families
Below are the immunizations that are recommended for your child depending on his/her age. The district asks that you please update your child’s immunizations as soon as possible. Parents can use the student immunization record form attached https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/forms/f0/f04020l.pdf to update your child’s immunizations or complete the waiver section within this form. The district asks that you please provide a copy of your child’s most recent immunizations or complete the waiver section of the student immunization form to make certain we maintain compliance within the district. Discussed
- Dr. Villalobos discussed the Study Committee on Shared School District Services, Administrative Guideline 5340B - Health Emergencies and First Aid Care, Annual Notices, and student teacher Kelly Walters who will be with us at FLES. She also discussed the update to the co-curricular handbook which was made due to changes in legislation which required additional information regarding Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
- Attorneys Dan Vliet and Jennifer Williams of Buelow-Vetter were present to discuss open meetings, public records, and answer questions from the Board.
- Ms. Howe provided an update on Fund 46, budget information, snow removal bids, health insurance, and food service prices.
- Ms. Quill discussed the Band, Choir, and Orchestra Handbook as well as the Gifted & Talented Handbook.
- Ms. Quill and Ms. Shattuck reviewed their annual bullying reports.
