Summer flew by and now the Berry Creek streets are filled with kids heading to school!

The HOA board has been busy working on improvements around the neighborhood. Please save the date for our annual HOA General Meeting on OCTOBER 22 at 6:00pm. All residents are invited to meet the board, discuss neighborhood concerns, and hear updates for the 2018-2019 year!

Thank you to David Conway for compiling the Resident Directory! We currently have around 70 responses (approximately 30% of the neighborhood).

There is still time to send your information to be included in the directory. Please let the board or David know if you need another copy of the email. The directory will only be available to Berry Creek residents on the web page, and will not be used for marketing purposes.

If you are interested in helping with the directory or other neighborhood project, please visit http://berrycreekstillwater.com/committee-sign-ups/ to sign up for a committee. If you're interested in heading a committee, please contact the board!

Some improvements that have been made in the neighborhood include:

• The air conditioning has been repaired in the Clubhouse.
• Clubhouse light bulbs have been replaced with LED bulbs.
• Door hinges added to the outdoor pool bathrooms will help them automatically close. Keeping the doors closed minimizes the amount of bugs in the bathroom.

If you have concerns or ideas for neighborhood improvements, please feel free to contact a board member, visit a Board Meeting, or bring them to the General HOA meeting on October 22.

The Social Committee has started to plan Berry Creek Neighborhood Halloween Party. It will be held October 28 from 2-4pm at the clubhouse. If you are interested in helping in any way, please contact either Sara Arens at sarahfan00@gmail.com or Nancy Cooper at treasurer@berrycreekstillwater.com.

It's getting to be a busy time of year around Berry Creek! Please mark your calendar for these upcoming neighborhood events. More details to come!
