The Lincoln Log Issue #10

Dear Abraham Lincoln Families,

Thank you to all of the parent volunteers who either planned and prepped or helped to run activities in the very successful first Abe Lincoln Winter Carnival on Friday evening. The PTO really put on a successful event. We had an excellent turnout with an estimated more than 200 individuals present. Students enjoyed games in the gym, the photo booth, crafts, the cake walk, face painting, and special hot cocoa in the greenhouse. Thank you to all who came out for a fun evening in their pajamas and for all of the donations of mittens for our mitten tree.

Next week is the start of our winter break. There is no school Monday, December 23-Wednesday, January 1. School will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025. I want to wish all of our students and their families a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season.
