• Paper forms will be sent home with students.

How to Become a Volunteer

• Complete a volunteer packet! Packets are available at each school or the District Office.
• Return the completed packet to the school office or the District Office (2800 29th Street, Zion, IL).
• Schedule a fingerprinting appointment with Human Resources.

Interested in being a field trip chaperone this year?

A volunteer packet and fingerprinting is required to chaperone a field trip! Appointments can be made anytime. Please contact our Human Resources Department for questions or to schedule an appointment at hr@zion6.org or 847-872-5455.
