Annual Family Leader in Me MRA Survey
As you know, Lawrence Elementary is a Leader in Me school. Annual family surveys are conducted to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth in our school. The data from these surveys will also help us track the impacts of the Leader in Me process and implement key practices more fully. In order for us to have a holistic picture of what is going on in our school, we are asking all parents/guardians to participate.
Parent participation is completely voluntary, but we do hope to get feedback from one member of every household. The parent/guardian survey takes about 12 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your child and about his or her experience in our school. If you have more than one child attending the school, you will be asked to think about the oldest child’s experiences as you answer questions related to his or her growth.
Thank you in advance for completing the parent survey. Please use this link to complete the survey.
Lunch Quad Area Project Update!
We're thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new Lunch Quad this coming school year (2024/2025)!
Get ready for:
Shady escapes: Five new table pods funded by your incredible support at Wine Country Nights! Each pod will be shaded by a mix of new and existing trees, creating the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
Mud-free fun: Winding walking paths with playground bark will keep the mess at bay, rain or shine.
Going green: Repurposed soil from the existing area will be transformed into planting mounds bursting with sustainable native plants.
This project kicks off right after school ends in June. Then, in August, we'll be teaming up with each grade level to design the native plant paradise together!
**Calling all green warriors! **
Want to help bring this exciting project to life? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the team. Simply send an email to lawrenceptogarden@gmail.com.
We can't wait to see you and your little sprouts enjoying the new Lunch Quad this fall!
(Want to see the design up close and personal – it’s on display in the office!)
