Here is everything you need to know about the Franklin Central Bands program right now.

The easiest way to keep up with schedules is to sync the band calendar to your phone! Add this url https://fcbands.boosterhub.com/ical-stream to your google or outlook calendar.

*If you are experiencing issues with your calendar synching, we recommend to un-sync and re-sync your calendar every once in a while to make sure your calendar is up-to-date.

The events the FC Band Family are hosting will be here before we know it! If you opted to volunteer for 4 shifts at hosted events in lieu of paying full marching band fees, volunteering at the events below will count toward that commitment.

Here are the confirmed dates:

• October 25, 2025 - ISSMA scholastic marching band finals
• November 22, 2025 - Holiday Craft Fair
• March 14&15, 2026 - WGI 2-day event.
• February 15, 2026 (tentative) - IPA
• Date Coming Soon - IHSCGA

Calling all energetic, fun-loving, snack-planning, water-balloon-filling, spirit-boosting legends!

Do you have a passion for keeping the marching band hyped all season long? Love organizing epic send-offs, making sure no one goes hungry on competition days, and keeping traditions alive (or creating new ones)? Then this role is FOR YOU!

As the Marching Band Spirit Lead, you'll be the mastermind behind:

• The band camp water balloon showdown - because nothing screams teamwork like strategic balloon warfare!
• Rallying parents to make signs and cheer the band off before competitions.
• Planning snack distributions (because a well-fed band is a happy band!)
• Planning our annual Bandcoming Dance – a yearly favorite with the kids.
• Bringing some sparkle to the band banquet with stunning decorations!

This role is all about band family, hype, and unforgettable moments. If you’ve got the spirit (and maybe a few creative snack ideas up your sleeve), it’s time to step up and be the heart of the band! Marching Band Parent Meeting

This is a mandatory meeting for marching band parents to learn more about how the marching band season will work, including football games and competitions, important volunteering and fundraising information, and how to stay in the know!

Payments Made Easy:

So long as you carry a balance, BoosterHub will automatically email an invoice to you. You must use the link through the invoice to make your payments. Payments can no longer be made from the store page on our website.

Please use the link in that invoice to make your monthly payments or partial payments. You can also apply Booster Credits* using the same link.

Please make sure you have a SafeVisitor background check on file with FTCSC. A cleared background check is required for all of our volunteers (this includes required volunteer shifts at our events and helping with props during competitions). Background Checks are good for 2 years.

FC Bands: 2025 Brickyard Concession Sign-up

Work at the Marion County Fair to earn money for student band accounts.

Volunteers will work admissions and light trash pick-up at the fair. Anyone 14 and older are welcome to work. Guaranteed pay of $10/hour with the possibility of up to $12/hour.

Dates: June 27 - July 6.

Weekday shifts: 4:30p - 9:30p

Weekend shifts: 11:30a - 4:30p and 4:00p - 9:30p

BEST has now opened opportunities to work at Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium to raise money for student band accounts. Spots are limited, so be sure to use the sign-up genius link below if you wish to work an event.

Please note that working these events usually entails standing for a long period of time. Dress code is all black pants, a white shirt to wear under a uniform top, and mostly black shoes. You must also complete a background check with BEST.

Have you seen the new feature? You can now earn even more by using the "online shopping" tool via RaiseRight. Please note, credits from taking advantage of this new "Online Shopping" tool will take longer to show in their booster credits.
