Apex is a locally-owned company that provides a two-week interactive school leadership program that encourages development of leadership habits and good character, combined with a fitness-focused event fundraiser.

Please review this letter for additional information. As we approach the kick-off date of December 3rd, further details will be provided.

Our Thanksgiving Day Feast will be held on Friday, November 22nd.

We will offer a Turkey Tray for $5.00 or you can bring outside food in for your and your student.

If you plan to attend and we have scanned your ID into the Raptor system, please click here to submit your RSVP by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 20th to have your badge preprinted for the Visitor Fast Lane. If we have not yet scanned your ID, please stop by the office so we can do that first.

Early Childhood 12:00-12:30

Kinder 10:40-11:10 (Adjusted Time)

1st Grade 11:30-12:00

2nd Grade 12:50-1:20

3rd Grade 11:15-11:45

4th Grade 12:10-12:40

5th Grade 12:45-1:15 (Adjusted Time)

Toy Drive and Registration

This year we’re partnering with the Hill Country Christmas Bureau to help families in need. Our Giving Tree is outside the main office with gift tags for items you can purchase or gift cards (Academy, Wal-Mart, HEB & Target).

Please turn in all unwrapped gifts by Friday, Dec. 6th to the front office.

Robotics Club will begin its 24-25 season on 12/5/2024. The Parent Information meeting will be on Zoom this upcoming Thursday 11/21 at 4:30pm-4:45pm. I will briefly go over our new system Vex we will be using to build and possibly compete in January. I will also do my best to answer any questions you may have. Grades 4 & 5 only will be able to apply. The Zoom

Since we are resetting this year with a new system, we will be starting with 2 small teams of 6, for a total of 12 members this year. We will meet each Thursday from 3:00-4:30pm. Each person interested will be asked to complete and return an application with a teacher recommendation by the 1st meeting on 11/5/2024. All interested members must attend the 1st meeting and turn in an application.

We are also looking for parent volunteers of chosen members to volunteer to attend the weekly meetings. Our goal is to build a robot using the VEX system by January so that we can play the game at the competition.
