Principal's Message

Dear Chloe Clark Families,

We're looking forward to honoring our veterans with a special Veterans Day assembly on Friday, November 8th, beginning at 2:50 p.m. We invite all our guests to join us as we recognize the service and sacrifice of our veterans. Please remember that visitors must check in at the office to receive a visitor badge.

At the close of our program, students and staff will return to classrooms to prepare for regular dismissal at 3:35 p.m. All parents and visitors are asked to exit the building promptly through the main doors, where you will meet your child at dismissal time.

The keep things running smoothly, please note that we won't be excusing students early from class or allowing parents to leave with their child directly from the assembly, as there won't be enough time to coordinate classroom dismissal notes at that point. If you plan to pick your student up at dismissal, the office must be notified no later than 2:30 p.m.

Impact Aid Survery

Principal Duncan is a bit competitive, and last year Chloe Clark won for having the most forms turned in. Let's keep the winning streak alive! The first K-3 class (in the district) to reach 100% return rate, will receive a pizza party with a surprise guest. All classes with 100% return rate, will receive popsicles. Impact Aid forms can be found on ParentSquare.

Make-Up Picture Day is November 12th!

If your student needs a Make-Up Picture, please send them to school “Camera Ready” and make sure they bring their SMILE!

Make-Up pictures may be taken for 3 reasons:

1. Your student missed the previous school picture day(s)

2. You want to purchase school pictures, but would prefer a new pose

3. You want a different picture in the yearbook (if applicable)

It's completely FREE to have your child photographed again. After Picture Day you'll receive an email link to see your child's new pictures, as well as their previous pictures.

Important Reminders

Please label items that your child brings to school. Our lost and found bin is filled with coats, sweatshirts, hats, gloves, water bottles, and other items. We would love to help these items find their way home.

In preparation for Veterans Day, we are creating a bulletin board of stars that recognizes veteran family members from our Chloe Clark students and staff. Track Club

We need you!

We are looking for volunteers during our lunch recesses to help students scan their QR codes and run safely around the track. Track Club starts November 4th and is another option for students at recess; they will earn tokens for the number of miles they run! If you would like to be a part of this fun opportunity for our students, please sign up below.
