Health and Safety Mitigation

PVE Families,


The West Ada School District is committed to making this year safe and successful and are working with parents/guardians and students to do so. All West Ada schools will continue to follow their Building Health and Safety Plans when it comes to Covid-19 mitigation. These plans will be updated on school websites by August 25th. Many of the mitigating measures that were in place last year will continue to be in place, such as:


  • mask recommendations
  • frequent handwashing/hand sanitizing
  • physical distancing as much as possible
  • increased sanitation measures


The Centers for Disease Control has issued a public health order requiring masks be worn by all passengers on public transportation, including school buses. If your student will be riding the bus, please make sure your student has a mask. In case they forget, the bus company will also have masks available.

West Ada School District and the Pleasant View school staff will do our best to accommodate your needs and keep students and staff healthy and safe. We are looking forward to a great year!
