Greetings TVMS community,
We are entering into the last half of the school year! As we prepare for the start of the 3rd quarter on Monday, January 27th, now is a great time to help students refresh and refocus. Here are a few ways you can support your student at home:
Encourage your student to establish or recommit to a consistent routine for homework and studying.
Take some time to organize and declutter backpacks, folders, and binders. Get rid of unnecessary papers and restock supplies.
Please make sure your student arrives at school on time each day so they can make the most of their learning opportunities. Doors open at 8:15 am and school begins at 8:30 am.
As a reminder, students enrolled in classes that rotate quarterly will begin their new courses on Monday, January 27th.
To find your Quarter 3 classes follow these steps: Go to hcpss.me>Choose Synergy>Go to Schedule>Choose Q3.
Quarter 2 report cards will be available online through HCPSS Connect after 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 4th. We encourage you to review report cards with your student, celebrate successes, and set goals for the remainder of the school year.
Thank you for your continued support in helping your student succeed.
Mrs. Denise Young, Principal

FAMILY FILE UPDATE
Update your family information for the new school year. It is mandatory that all parents/ guardians verify and/ or update emergency information for each child each school year. Updating this information provides us with the most current emergency contact information, and also ensures that you are receiving important information and updates for HCPSS and TVMS.
Log in to HCPSS Connect, select the More Options tab on the left and then select Family File in the center column.
Outside Food Expectations
Food delivery services (i.e. Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) are not allowed. Delivery will be refused as we do not have the capability to process this during the school day. If a parent would like to bring their child's lunch to the school, we ask that you do so prior to the start of your child's lunch shift. Parents will need to leave the lunch with our Front Office staff.
