Note: This weekly newsletter is being sent to all of our enrolled families, both those at the Broadway K-8 campus and those whose students attend class at Operation Breakthrough, so that all families are aware of upcoming events.

The first quarter incentive outing and Fall Fun Fest were both huge successes! Thank you to all who made them a success, from those who walked with us to the park to those who donated candy and decorated their trunks. We appreciate you!

Progress reports will be distributed during our upcoming family conferences, which will take place on October 29th from 4-8 pm, October 30th from 2-8 pm, and on October 31st from 8 am to 3 pm. We desire 100% family attendance at these conferences, as every family's involvement helps our students succeed!

If you haven't already signed up for a conference time with your child's teacher, click here to access a list of all conference signup links.

Students in grades 4-8 who participated in the MAP Assessment at Citizens last year will receive their 2024 MAP scores during these conferences.

There is no CampFire on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29th and 30th due to conferences.

Don’t miss the chance to visit our Scholastic Book Fair, located in the music room, where families can explore and purchase a wonderful selection of books. Join us in celebrating literacy and supporting our school community!

Reminder: There is no school on Thursday, October 31st and Friday, November 1st for conferences and fall break!

The Scholastic Book Fair is back this month! Classes will have the opportunity to preview the exciting selection of books on Tuesday, October 29th, during the school day, and students can return with their families during conferences to make purchases.

The book fair will be open for purchases during Family Conferences only, so please do not send money to school with your students.

We still need volunteers to cover 17 two-hour shifts! Please consider signing up for a 2-hour shift during conferences to help our book fair run smoothly!

Our weekly attendance drawings are off to a great start! Thanks to our families for ensuring students are present — 27 students have already won QuikTrip gift cards! Let’s keep the momentum going and celebrate even more attendance successes!
