SCHS Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
Our annual Pie and Cider event for Cougar staff was a success! Thank you to the families who donated pies, pastries and beverages, and extra kudos to the family who donated two beautifully decorated homemade pies. Wow! We also appreciate our parent volunteers who set up/cleaned up the wonderful display of goodies. Staff loved indulging in this special treat right before break and shared that it is one of their favorite PTO events.
If you are wondering how to support PTO but don’t have time to volunteer, no problem! Support us with your Amazon purchases at the holidays and all year long without any effort! Here’s what to do:
Search for and select Steele Canyon Parent Teacher Organization in your Amazon Account settings under the AmazonSmile Charity List tab! It’s that easy! You can do the same in you mobile Amazon app too. Eligible purchases will generate a .5% donation to SCHS PTO. It may not sound like a lot but can add up quickly! Thank you in advance!
Be sure to RSVP for the “Let’s Talk Vaping” parent education workshop on November 29th from 6-8 pm. PTO will be hosting refreshments and a mixer the first half hour. Join us to connect with other SCHS parents!
Remember to mark your calendar for our monthly PTO meeting on December 6th at 5:00 pm in the Staff Lounge or via Zoom.
Have an enjoyable and relaxing break Cougar students, families and staff!
