Week of January 3rd-9th
Issue #17
“Where faith soars, minds excel, and futures ignite”
Greetings STM-STC Families,
I hope everyone had a most blessed and relaxed break. As 2025 is upon us, I pray this year is a success for all! As we come into the year, it is time to start prepping for enrollment for the 25/26 year. Mrs. Kaitlin has been busy with lots of tours and new applications and that trend will continue as we head into this year. With that, I ask that you please join me Monday, January 27th for the first State of the School address. This meeting is a parent/guardian meeting only, and for those families who plan to return for the 25-26 school year. I will discuss the new tuition rates and give insight to where we stand on things such as infrastructure, finances, and where we can go moving forward. Please see the save the date below.
Finally, with our first chance of snow this year coming, please make sure you are following us on Facebook, which is where we post our school related closing. We will NOT be making ROBO calls. We will only announce closings/late openings/early dismissals on Facebook. Please know we follow Baltimore County Schools, so whatever they do, we do. A reminder that we do have 3 snow days built into our school calendar, that can become school days if we use more than 3 snow days. Those days are March 7th, April 7th, and May 5th. If we need to use these days, I will start with the latest and work backwards, so May 5th, April 7th, and then March 17th.
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp
Upcoming Early Dismissals & Days Off
Please make sure you are communicating these dates with everyone in your family. There have been a few occasions where students have been here well past the early dismissal times or even on days off, a grand parent or family member is sitting out front waiting for dismissal. See below for the upcoming early dismissals and days off, and forward to those who are responsible for picking your child up. Thank you!
We will ONLY be announcing closures or late openings on Facebook. Please also check WBAL TV for all closings/late openings. We always follow Baltimore County Public Schools. If you have any question, please call the school office.

Saint Michael the Archangel isn't a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the title "Archangel" means, that he is above all the others in rank.
Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
