October Newsletter
A great start to the school year!
The first month of school has been a busy time as we all settle into the back to school routines. Our students have done a wonderful job in their new classes, making new friends and working hard on each lesson. The dedicated staff makes our school a great place to learn. Thank you, parents, for all the support you have shown in this new school year. October will be a month full of special events. We are hopeful that this monthly newsletter will keep you informed of the fun things we have planned.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Lilly
Principal

Each student learned what it looks like to be a HERO in each area of the school (classroom, hallway, bathroom, bus, cafeteria, playground). Students collected a stamp on a ticket and once they were all filled we held a kick-off celebration. Each day, students have the opportunity to earn HERO points by displaying positive behavior to spend in the HERO HUB school store as well as other classroom incentives. Throughout the school year, classrooms will participate in monthly incentives where they will work together as a class towards a reward. This month, students are working together to collect 10 monsters to join the Halloween parade!
Please join the PBIS Rewards App if you haven't done so already. Our goal is for 90% of families to join and we will have a pajama parade when we reach our goal. Email your child's teacher if you need assistance signing up for the app.
