Principal's Message
Dear Trojan Families,
I hope this message finds you well. Our first quarter is now behind us and it's time to review your child's grades and work together to establish a plan for any subject areas in which they may not be performing as well as we'd like. Official report cards will be sent home on next Monday, October 21st.
To further support our students, please remember that our students may sign up for support during WIN Time each week Tuesday-Friday. We encourage students to take advantage of these opportunities to help them succeed academically.
In addition to academic performance, we want to emphasize the importance of student attendance. Regular attendance is a critical factor in a student's success. If your child is absent, please ensure that you submit a note (parent or doctor) within three days upon their return to school.
Your involvement and support are vital to our students' growth and success, and we are grateful for your partnership in helping Northwestern excel. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Michael Abraham
Principal
WIN (What I Need) Time
Students are able to choose from their teachers for W.I.N. Time Tuesday-Friday. Students should take note of what day specific departments are closed for meetings.
Important Information for Thursday:
If your child is scheduled to take a test on October 17th, parents can submit an early dismissal authorization note. On test day, students should deliver this note to the attendance office in the Welcome Center or A Building. If no note is provided, students will attend their 4th block class as usual after testing.
Students received paper forms for job shadowing/college visits last week.
The electronic option is below.
