Football Team concludes remarkable year crowned "B" South Champions
Central Regional Football had a breakout year as B-South Co-Champs finishing 8-2. The Golden Eagles 8 wins, tied the single-season wins record. They also qualified for the Group 4 State quarterfinals for the first time since 2021. Central picked up huge rivalry wins over Lacey and Southern Regional. In defeating Southern the program brought home the "Emmert/Boyd Trophy" back to Bayville. The team's resilience and the ability to overcome adversity has resurrected the program and they will look to continue to build the culture to win every season.
Girls Soccer Finishes Season 17-4-1 with magical run into the SJ G4 Finals
The Girls Varsity Soccer team had a great season as they finished 17-4-1. They finished second in their division as they went 4-1 in A-South. Throughout the season the girls were ranked as high as #5 in the Shore Conference, and finished the season 6th in the Shore. The teams goals this season were to compete with every team we faced and to not lose at home. The girls did not lose at home until the very last game in the state finals. Highlight victories this year was the game against undefeated Lacey Twp. as Shelby Parks scored the game winner with only 1 minute left on the clock to end Lacey’s perfect season. A close second would be our semi-final game against Kingsway. Leah DiCillo scored the game winner in double overtime to send the team to the SJG4 finals for the second year in a row.
Boys Soccer team finishes season 12-8 with great runs in SCT and NJSIAA Tourney
The Boys Soccer team finished the season 12-8 and tied for second in the stacked A South. The team was ranked as high as # 8 and will end the year as the #11 ranked team in the Shore Conference. During the year the team won their Shore Conference POD outright which gave them a 1st round bye in the Shore Conference Tournament. They would go on and defeat Southern Regional (Overall Group 4 State Champions) to advance to the quarterfinals. The team reached the NJSIAA South Jersey semi- finals by knocking off the #1 seed and defending sectional champions Washington Twp., before losing to eventual champions Southern Regional in the semi-finals.
Field Hockey finishes ranked 7th in Shore Conference Rankings with 13-7-1 Record
The Central Regional Field Hockey Team finished the season in 3rd place in their division with a 13-7-1 overall record. The team advanced to the quarterfinals of the Shore Conference Tournament and the South Jersey Group 4 Tournament. The team was 2-0-1 against Lacey this season and also had quality wins against Toms River North and Wall during the regular season.
Girls Volleyball qualifies for State and Shore Conference Tournament
The Girls Varsity Volleyball team finished the season with a 10-16 record. The team qualified for the Shore Conference Tournament and upset Raritan in the 1st round. Big wins were against Jackson Memorial, Brick Memorial, and Lacey during the regular season.
Girls Gymnastics finishes season at 7-4
The Girls Gymnastics team finished the season with a 7-4 record and 3rd in "A" South. The team had big wins against Holmdel, Southern Regional, and Lacey during the regular season. The team will look to use this year's momentum into next season with a lot of returning student athletes.
Girls Tennis finishes season 10-5 & qualifies for State Tournament
The Girls’ Tennis team finished the season at 10 and 5. The team had key victories over Barnegat, Lacey and Toms River East during the regular season. THey also picked up a victory in the 1st round of the NJSAA state tournament over Triton.
Boys and Girls Cross Country has successful 2024 campaign
The Boys Cross Country team looks to improve next season with a lot of runners returning. All the boys times improved throughout the season and the team was able to pick up 2 wins during the season. THe Freshman team was able to place 3rd at the Ocean County Championships at Ocean County Park.
The Girls Cross Country team had a very productive season that achieved most if not all of their goals. All of the girls times improved throughout the season. They also qualified for the Shore Conference Championship race for the 2nd year in a row and defeated Lacey in the only dual meet of the season.

Central Regional Middle School Boys and Girls Soccer Team win Divisional titles
The boys ms soccer A team defeated TRIN 3-1. The boys finish the season 9-1-3 and are OCIAL Red Division champions!! Congrats boys, on a great season
The MS Girls Soccer A Team ended their season strong with a 6-0 victory over TRN. The girls tied for 1st place and share the Red Division Champion Title with TRE.
