24-25 Transportation
In year's past, DPS has required families to opt-in to transportation. This is changing for the 24-25 school year. Instead of opt-in, all eligible students will automatically be routed. If you have any questions, contact transportation@dpsk12.net.
24-25 Free Reduced Lunch Family Fees
As we head into the the 24-25 school year, we are informing all families that we will no longer be able to waive MySchoolBucks (MSB) fees for FRL (Free Reduced Lunch) families. While it was affordable in our early years to waive fees, we do not have the financial capacity to continue doing so. The current cost is approximately $20,000, and is compounded by families who do not pay the school supply, lunch, field trip and other fees, which in total negatively impacts our school finances. While we understand that may be a challenging change, please note that MSB has a function that allows partial payments, which may be helpful to some families. In general, parents can anticipate a $110 school supply fee at the beginning of the year and an additional $75-$125 field trip (3 trips) cost for the year.
