Husky Headlines 24-25 School Year
Home of Heroes, Leaders, and Champions
Welcome to Week 4- Labor Day Holiday/Back to School Night (9-4)
Husky Families,
Happy Sunday! I trust that you are enjoying a wonderful Labor Day weekend with family and loved ones.
Also, I want to personally invite you to "Back to School Night" this Wednesday (9/4) @ 5:00 p.m. I encourage you to check out our selection of workshops beginning @ 5:00 p.m., followed by my Principal's Welcome Message in the gym @ 5:45 p.m. And then I hope you stay for "Open House" as we open up the campus for classroom visits @ 6:15 p.m. There will be plenty of food vendors on site too, so come hungry. I look forward to seeing you there!
Next, our motto at Cen10 is “Together We Can, Together We Will.” To us, this means that we are constantly trying to improve together, support each other together, and make things happen together. We will all make mistakes, but the drive, resiliency, and character to grow every day will maximize our successes together.
As a reminder, 1st period begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. Traffic will be heavy every day, especially due to the aquatic center construction currently taking place in the student parking lot. Please drop your Husky Scholar off with plenty of time to be seated in their 1st-period class, prior to 8:30 a.m. start time (Husky Scholars should arrive at least 15 minutes before the first bell to allow time for finding classrooms and settling in). Campus is open at 7:15 a.m. for your convenience. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided for all students. ID cards are required every day.
Lastly, the purpose of this communication is to keep you up-to-date and informed of all things Cent10. Please read through carefully and reach out to us if we can provide further clarification. We look forward to seeing you around Cen10- the BEST HIGH SCHOOL in the state. WE are in this together!
Thank you for the opportunity to be of service.
Proud Husky,
Dr. Romero
