Free UOP & Rotary Hearing Screening Event for K-12 Students
Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club is partnering with the University of the Pacific again this year, to provide a Free Hearing Screening Event that will be held on Saturday, March 15th at the UOP Chan Health Sciences Learning Center Audiology Department in Stockton.
90% of those in need of help are not even aware of it! They just go through life, increasing the volume of the TV and Radio, unable to learn and live life to their full potential. They become more frustrated as time goes on, disengaging themselves day-to-day all because they are experiencing hearing loss. Potential patients will be screened to determine if they are experiencing hearing loss, they will be checked for ear wax buildup or fluid in the ear, these are common reasons for hearing loss. Since the screening is being held at the UOP Audiology facility potential patients, that are determined to be in critical need, can be expedited upstairs to the Diagnostic Center testing booths that very same day! Once it has been determined that potential patients are experiencing hearing loss, the UOP Audiology Department will be vetting them for needs, ability of financial responsibility for care, and move them through the process of treatment.
The goal is to help as many people as possible. If you have any questions, contact Richard Ross at 209-327-0627 or richardr@alamoalarm.com.

Life Skill of the Month
Honesty: Telling the truth. Admitting that you did something instead of blaming someone else. When youโre honest people know they can count on you.
Positive Behavior Intervention Focus of the Week
Our Roadrunners did a good job last week of keeping their hands and feet to themselves and using kind words.
This week, students will continue to remember that if they get frustrated with another student for something unkind they said or put hands on one another, our first response should be:
tell the student to stop.
If they stop we are good to continue playing.
If they donโt stop and are able to walk away, they should report it to an adult who is on supervision or their teacher.
At Reese, we never use unkind words, push, hit, or kick other Roadrunners, even in play.
We will continue to work together to create a happy and safe environment for everyone.
ROCK Your School Spirit!
Sport your House shirt on Wednesdays!
Strut your Reese Spirit Wear on Fridays!
3/14: wear green & gold
5/30: wear Hawaiian shirts and accessories
