Home of the Patriots

Dear Patriot Families,
As we close out another incredible school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the many accomplishments of our students and the supportive community that helped make it all possible.
This year, we celebrated several milestones. Our school’s attendance rate improved significantly, demonstrating our shared commitment to showing up and staying engaged. On the Georgia Milestones Assessment, our students exceeded proficiency in 4 out of 8 subject areas—a testament to their hard work and the dedication of our educators.
Beyond academics, our students shined in extracurricular achievements as well. We are proud of the honors earned by individuals in the TOME Society, FFA, Band, and Chorus. We also had a record-breaking year with students earning LiveSchool Points, highlighting positive behavior and school engagement. Our Peer Leadership Program developed and showcased some truly exceptional young leaders who have inspired their peers and staff alike.
The growth, learning, and success we’ve seen this year would not have been possible without your continued support and trust. Thank you for partnering with us to make this a successful and rewarding school year. Teamwork truly makes the difference.
As we head into summer, we hope you enjoy this time with your families, creating lasting memories and recharging for the year ahead. To our 8th graders, we send our best wishes as you begin your journey as Raiders in high school. We are confident you will continue to grow, thrive, and achieve great things.
Have a safe and restful summer, and thank you once again for being an essential part of our school community.
Warm regards,
Chris Chitwood
