Spring Into Motion - District Showdown with APS
Register by clicking here for our Spring Into Motion District Showdown between the staff at Aurora Public Schools and Douglas County School District! This spirited physical activity competition will run from April 1 - April 28, registration closes on April 4th. Choose what physical activity you'd like to do each day for 6000+ steps (using a tracking device or the Step Converter tool) to earn points and enter into our weekly drawings.
Epic Obstacle Course Adventure Day: Saturday, May 4, 2024
Choose from 3 time slots: 9:00 am (staff only), 11:00 am (staff only), or 12:30 pm (staff and families welcome). Join us at Phillip S. Miller Park in Castle Rock (check it out), for only $25/person (regularly $60) challenge yourself on the Sky Trek Obstacle Challenge Course. Grab your colleagues and Register here. Families are welcome to join the fun after 12:30 pm for the same discounted rate.
Journey to Wellness (Diabetes Prevention and Lifestyle Change Program)
Journey to wellness is a NO COST (thanks to a CDC Health Grant) year-long lifestyle change group-based program that will give you the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you. Find out more and register here. Classes are held virtually via Zoom.

Art + Wellness Class - Watercolor Class: April 17th at 6:15 PM
Creativity has proven to help with stress reduction, enhance cognitive abilities, and allow for self-expression and emotional release! Please join us on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Ponderosa High School from 6:15pm - 8:15pm. Click here to enroll for this free class.
