👻 Boo!
Principal's Message
Students have been working hard over the past month in their classes and extracurricular activities. Some memorable moments include a number of Teachers taking Students to the Outdoor Classroom for instruction. Students learning the ins and outs of the Learning Commons. Junior High Non-Core Foods Students making Snickerdoodle cookies. Volleyball and XCountry Student-Athletes competing in tournaments and races. So many things to speak about! At CHSPS, our commitment to Academics, Fine Arts and Athletics is clear. We believe we serve the best Students and the best Families. We are supported by so many businesses and people within Sedgewick and the surrounding communities. I wish everyone well as we finish the first month of school and head into the second. Thank you ALL for the ongoing support you provide Staff and Students at Central!

BUS FRIENDS?
What is the procedure if a child wants to bring a friend home on the bus?
Giving as much notice as possible, both sets of parents must communicate with the bus driver. The parents of the regular rider and the parents of the guest need to give permission to driver by phone/text/written note.
If there is enough room on the bus and the driver agrees, a guest can ride home with another student. No bus pass will be necessary for the one-time rider.
Both sets of parents should communicate with the school’s office notifying them of the change and confirming that the bus driver is aware.
