Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
BMS students have lots to celebrate and look forward to this month! We had several students qualify for the Rope Jump contest. The girls basketball season is underway and a group of middle school athletes have had the opportunity to practice and compete with the high school powerlifting team.
In addition, eighth grade students had a chance to visit and learn more about the high school and recently completed their course requests for freshman year.
All of our students are looking forward to WinterFest activities scheduled for Friday, February 17th.
If you have questions about any of these events, please don't hesitate to contact me or your child's homeroom teacher.
Sincerely,
Rhonda Herrick
Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent teacher conferences will be on Thursday, February 9th from 3:30pm - 7:30pm and on Friday, February 10th, from 8:00am - 12:00pm.
These will be walk-in conferences and it is not necessary to schedule ahead.
Winterfest
BMS students have selected the activity they will participate in during WinterFest on Friday, February 17th.
Students will receive a permission slip to be returned to school with payment by Friday, February 3rd.
Start of the School Day
The BMS school day begins at 7:45am. If your child is dropped off at school, they should arrive by 7:40am to ensure they have ample time to get breakfast, put their things away and be in their homeroom when the 7:45am bell rings.
