Before/Afterschool Opportunities
September 21st, 2024
At PS 88Q, extracurricular activities play a vital role in fostering a well-rounded education for our students. Through a diverse range of arts, academic, sports, and social-emotional clubs, we provide enriching opportunities that support not only their intellectual growth but also their personal development. These activities allow students to explore their passions, enhance their skills, and build meaningful friendships with peers who share similar interests. By participating in high-interest groups, students can cultivate teamwork, creativity, and resilience, all of which contribute to a positive school environment. We believe that these experiences are essential in helping students thrive both academically and socially, preparing them for future success.
We are excited to start our programs in October. We will be adding more programs as we progress in the year, such as Cooking Club, and others. We also will begin academic small group support groups as well.
