Greetings AMAZING JAG parents/ guardians,

Only 5 more days of school!! Time really does fly when you’re having fun! We've had an amazing year, and I’m looking forward to ending it on a high note. Next week will be packed with exciting events, including Field Day, testing, and our annual award ceremonies. I’m thrilled to celebrate and recognize our students’ accomplishments with you all. Please note: Due to limited space in the auditorium, entry to the award ceremonies will be by ticket only. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the building. Be sure to bring your ticket with you on the day of the ceremony. Next Friday is a "Bluey Day". Students may wear jeans with a Bluey shirt. Thank you for your contributions to our field day. Because of your generosity, our students were able to receive snacks, water and they were able to pie me and Ms. Morris in the face. 🙂 I truly appreciate your overflow of support.

Lastly, Friday, May 23rd is the last day of school. Dismissal time is12:00 PM.

¡Solo faltan 5 días de clases! ¡El tiempo vuela cuando uno se divierte! Tuvimos un año increíble y estoy deseando terminarlo con broche de oro. La próxima semana estará repleta de eventos emocionantes, como el Día de Campo, los exámenes y nuestra ceremonia anual de premios. Estoy encantada de celebrar y reconocer los logros de nuestros estudiantes con todos ustedes. Nota: Debido al espacio limitado en el auditorio, la entrada a las ceremonias de premios será solo con boleto. Si no tiene boleto, no podrá entrar al edificio. Asegúrese de traer su boleto el día de la ceremonia. El próximo viernes es "Bluey Dayl". Los estudiantes pueden usar jeans con una camisa de Bluey. Gracias por sus contribuciones a nuestro día de campo. Gracias a su generosidad, nuestros estudiantes pudieron recibir refrigerios, agua y nos dieron una tarta en la cara a mí y a la Sra. Morris. 🙂 Agradezco mucho su apoyo incondicional.

Por último, el viernes 23 de mayo es el último día de clases. La hora de salida es a las 12:00PM.

• UNIFORM POLICY & DRESS CODE REMINDER

Students should be dressed appropriately for school everyday. Students are required to wear the mandated uniform daily, unless noted on the school calendar. Please see flyer attached

• COLLEGE WEDNESDAY!

Parents remember every Wednesday students can wear college shirts with uniform bottoms.

• BLUE FOLDER TUESDAY

Look for your child's blue folder every Tuesday. There is important information from your child's teacher and campus information.

• LUNCH WITH YOUR STUDENT

In order for you to have lunch with your student you have to check in the front office. You must be cleared through our district background check. Please call us if you have any questions. QR code for Voli is provided underneath.

• HALL MOMS & HALL DADS

In order for you to be able to volunteer you have to be cleared through our district background check. Please contact Ms. Hernandez if you would like to volunteer. ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

• School doors open at 7:30 am. Please do not drop your child off prior to that time. It is a safety hazard.
• All car riders will be dropped off in the back of the building BEFORE 7:55 am. If you arrive after 7:55 am, students should be dropped off in the front of the building

• Pre-K students will enter the building in the back on the Pre-K hallway.
• K-6 grade will enter the building through the side door near the playground in the back of the building
• Walkers and/or bus drivers with siblings will enter the front door near the auditorium.
• PLEASE NO PARKING IN FIRE LANES

DISMISSAL

• School dismissal is at 3:20 pm
• Only parents with carpool numbers may pick up their child. If you do not have a carpool number, you must check them out in the front office.
• Bus riders will be picked up in the front of the building near the main entrance.
• Daycare riders will be picked up in the front of the building near the auditorium.
• Walkers will exit the side door near the soccer field (if you are picking up walkers, please do not park in the parking lot if you are picking up walkers)
• NO PICKUP AFTER 2:30PM
• PLEASE NO PARKING IN FIRE LANES

CARPOOL PROCEDURES

• Numbers are not needed for Pre-K students. Older siblings of Pre-K students will be sent to the Pre-K hall to be dismissed together at the Pre-K door.
• Pre-K parents must park in a parking space and walk to the door. Please do not park in the carpool lane.
• PLEASE NO PARKING IN FIRE LANES
