Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-10
Teacher appreciation week holds particular significance for Catholic school teachers, especially considering the financial disparities compared to their counterparts in public schools.
Many of our teachers choose their profession out of a deep sense of calling and commitment to Catholic education. They dedicate themselves to shaping the minds and hearts of their students, making the choice to work in an environment where they can integrate their faith into their teaching.
Please show your gratitude and support for your child's teacher(s) by sending a card or note of appreciation for their commitment to our school. This week is a time to recognize and celebrate our wonderful staff.
Celebrate Screen-Free Week!
From May 6-10, children, families, entire schools, and communities will rediscover the joys of life beyond the screen. Plan to unplug from digital entertainment and spend all that free time playing, reading, daydreaming, creating, exploring, and connecting with family and friends!
*except for work and school assignments
Students are encouraged to participate and try a week without screens for entertainment. Students who participate will earn a non uniform coupon from Mrs. Engler. Parents please email or send a note to Mrs. Engler to verify participation. bengler@sacredheartschoolrobbinsdale.org.
We have another matching donor for our gym floor! $10,000!
We are pleased to announce that a generous parishioner has come forward with matching grant for our gym floor replacement project.
Now through May 17th, every donation will match dollar for dollar! This means your $20 donation is now $40, your $100 donation is now $200 dollars or your $1,500 donation is now $3,000! Help us reach our goal and provide a beautiful space for our school and our community!

Need help paying for tuition?
MN Fundraising Initiative (MNFI) secures contracts with over 23 venues in the greater Twin Cities area including Target Field, Target Center, Canterbury, and US Bank to operate food and beverage concessions stands at their events.
MNFI organizes teams of volunteers from all over the state of MN and WI who work together to run these stands. In turn, MNFI receives donations from these venues. The donations are then used to award grants to families in local communities to allow youth to attend private school, such as Sacred Heart Catholic School and participate in enrichment activities they may not otherwise be able to enjoy. Checks are mailed directly to Sacred Heart in your name.
Many of our school families use this organization to help pay for tuition.
