District 103
Welcome to a New School Year!
Dear District 103 Family,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to a new school year! We have been very busy this summer with various projects including: hiring new teachers and support staff; updating curriculum; and preparing the buildings for our students to return. We look forward to seeing our returning students on Thursday, August 18.
There is some important information for you to review and a few tasks to complete before the school year begins. A checklist for your convenience is provided at the end of this letter.
- Links to this information can also be found in our Back To School Packet.
- Teacher Assignments are available after 12:00 p.m. today (August 5) for families who have verified residency. Directions on accessing teacher assignments.
Please remember to complete any required health forms and return any relevant medications and/or allergy forms to the school office in advance of the first day of school. These medical forms are part of the district’s student registration process and are also available online. If you are interested in information about student accident insurance plans, please visit the Health and Wellness website page’s forms section.
Please review the District’s life-threatening allergies policy and information regarding healthy and safe foods, including what snacks can be brought to school.
Bus route information will be available through your PowerSchool account, Unified Classroom. Please check your child’s bus route information on Friday, August 12, 2022, after 5:00 p.m.
Thank you for working with us to help your children become tomorrow’s leaders. I look forward to partnering with you this year!
With gratitude,
Scott H. Warren, Ed.D.
Superintendent
