Instructional Preferences for Spring 2021
- Log into Parent Portal
- At the TOP of the screen there will be a message display and a link
- Fill out personal information (name, email and phone number)
- Fill out Student information and choice
- Check the expectations for students at school
- Click Submit
Your preference can ONLY be made through Parent Portal. If you don't have a parent portal account, you may come in person to fill out the registration form or email colemanrecords@gcpsk12.org.
Once you submit your preference, we are NOT honoring changes as they have a significant impact on planning for student/staff safety and scheduling!
Please Be MIndful Over Thanksgiving Break...
Coleman families,
Although we have two weeks before Thanksgiving break begins, I would truly appreciate if families began thinking proactively as Thanksgiving plans are finalized.
We kindly request that your child and family make safe and healthy choices during Thanksgiving break - especially if your family is traveling and/or attending large gatherings. Please wear masks and practice social distancing!
If your child experiences symptoms or comes into contact with a positive COVID-19 case during Thanksgiving, please do not send your child to school on Monday, November 30 (the day we return from break). Please follow up with us via a phone call on Monday, November 30 to ensure a safe return!
We have been blessed with very few positive COVID-19 cases and close contacts so far, and we really need your help to continue this healthy trend!

Immunization Reminder!
This is a reminder that all students in person or digital are required to have an updated immunization certificate on file.
All 7th grade students are required to receive one dose of Tdap and one dose of MCV4 vaccines. The law requires that a current certificate be submitted to school verifying that the student has received both of these vaccines before they enter 7th grade.
Please check with your provider if your student’s immunization certificate is up to date, or you can contact the clinic at school at 678-407-7410.
