Hello Seniors & Parents!
With the school year in full swing, we understand that our seniors are anxious about their next steps. Counselors have an action-packed schedule for the next few weeks to help our seniors get settled in and prepare for their post high school plans.
Please see below for upcoming senior activities from the counselors.
Senior Guidance (August 20-23)
Counselors will be in 12th grade ELA classes (AP Lit, Adv. Comp, Dramatic Writing) to provide guidance for college and beyond (Dual Enrollment students will be advised separately).
GT Visit (August 21st (12:35 – 1:10 PM))
Georgia Tech will be visiting Alliance Academy to provide insight into their admissions. If you would like to meet with Georgia Tech, please be sure to sign up!
Common App Workshop (Sept. 3 - Marvel Time)
Students seeking support with the Common Application, please sign up for the Common Application Workshop during your scheduled MARVEL Time.
UGA Visit (Sept. 4 - During Marvel)
Senior Profile
Seniors! The senior profile is an essential piece to getting your recommendation letters complete and submitted on time. If you are planning to request recommendations, fill out the Senior Profile today! Everyone that fills one out will receive a copy to forward to your teachers and counselors.
