CFISD Community Mental Health Resource Fair
Please join the CFISD Mental Health Intervention Team for a free event at Berry Center. This unique opportunity will allow staff, families, and community members to personally connect with a broad range of mental health care professionals. Attendees can ask professionals individual questions and learn more specific information about the services they provide.
Attendees can also devote a few minutes to personal self-care at our self-care stations and put their name in a raffle for door prizes. We hope you'll take advantage of this one of a kind event! #MentalHealthMatters
Join us at the Berry Center Wednesday, Dec. 6th 3:30-6:30pm
Resources for Families Coping with Mental and Substance Use Disorders
Every family is unique, but all families share a bond that can be used to support one another during trying times. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for helping a family member who is drinking too much, using drugs, or dealing with a mental illness, research shows that family support can play a major role in helping a loved one with mental and substance use disorders. Enjoy the Holidays With Mindfulness
By taking a few minutes each day to be mindful, perhaps even more than once a day, we can give ourselves the space to get in touch with ourselves, to fully experience the meaningful moments.
