The Family Resource Centers have partnered with Literacy Connects to provide free Adult English classes for parents, guardians, or caregivers of TUSD registered students. English Language Acquisition for Adults (ELLA) helps parents learn and improve their English language skills. ELAA students come from more than 70 countries and have educational levels that vary from college graduates to those who do not read and write in their native language. All are welcome.

The Pima County Health Department is partnering with Project Rewind and the Not My Kid organization to support teenagers dealing with drug and alcohol issues. They will share crucial information about substances that students might encounter. This initiative is designed to help families engage in informed discussions about drug use prevention.
