School Calendars for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Approved

At the December 2, 2024 Board of Education meeting, the school calendars for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years were approved. These calendars outline important dates, including the first and last days of school, holidays, professional development days, and breaks.

We encourage families to review the calendars to plan ahead for the upcoming school years.

Attention Families of Band or Choir Kids, and Theater Performers at all Levels

Does your kid love their music and performing arts programs? Are you grateful for the amazing opportunities afforded to our students here in Winneconne and interested in being involved? The Friends of Winneconne Music and Performing Arts (FOWMPA) needs you! There are a wide variety of ways to be involved that require very little of your time. Our trails are open each day from dawn until dusk. Come and hike and walk and enjoy our beautiful forest as long as no school groups are present. Open for all ages!

We are no longer able to stream our athletic events to the Winneconne Athletics Youtube Page. However, the good news is we are still able to provide FREE live streaming for events (HS gym and football fields currently) to the public for regular season contests. This streaming can be found by downloading the hudl fan app on your mobile device and most smart tvs, or by going to hudl.tv on your browser and searching "Winneconne". Links and this information will also be posted on our online platforms - athletic website, instagram and facebook.

School Board Meetings

School Board Meeting Agendas are available via THIS LINK the Thursday or Friday prior to each board meeting. Board meetings begin at 6:30 PM and are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month unless otherwise designated. You may attend in person or watch virtually at https://www.youtube.com/winneconne

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2024. It will be located in the Winneconne High School's Large Group Lecture Room.

Community Conversations

The Board of Education has heard that our community members/families would like to sit down and chat with a few board members - have a casual conversation about school/community issues. All are welcome to attend. The meetings are as follows:

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30PM. Location has yet to be determined

April 30, 2025

At this time there is no formal agenda - just conversation. However, if at a meeting people would like to learn more about a topic, we can certainly be ready to share at a future meeting.
