Self Awareness-Lesson 6

  • Introduce Lessons for Week: Say: “Last week, we talked about naming our emotions. Can anyone tell me what are the 6 primary emotions we discussed?”

    • Allow students to take turns naming one of the six primary emotions (Joy, Sad, Anger, Disgust, Fear, or Surprise)


  • Watch Video: Name that Emotion Gameshow (2:40 minutes)

    • Pause after each scenario to allow students to guess the emotion probably experienced by the children

      • Round 1: Answer - Joy, Round 2: Answer - Disappointed, & Round 3: Answer - Excited
