Principal's Report
Last week, we celebrated NSW Public Education week - ‘Proud to belong’. Thank you to our wonderful Aboriginal Dance and drumming group for their performances. Thank you to Ms Elbourne, Ms Robertson, Anne, Jesito, Ms Douglas, Mr Kelly and Miss Ballard for supporting our students in developing their wonderful skills as performers.
NSW Public Education is about more than just academic achievement; it's about fostering a love of learning, building resilience, and preparing our students for a bright future. Jesmond Public School embodies these values through its commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and holistic development. Last week, we celebrated our school community where our students, teachers, and families come together to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for our young learners.
As the proud principal of Jesmond Public School, I am continually amazed by the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our students, and the unwavering support of our families. It is truly an honour to lead such a vibrant and compassionate community.
To our dedicated teachers, your passion and hard work make a profound difference in the lives of our students every day. To our students, your enthusiasm and curiosity are what drive us all forward. And to our supportive families, your partnership is invaluable in creating a strong foundation for our children’s success.
Thank you all for being a part of this wonderful community and for your continuous efforts in making Jesmond Public School a place where every child can thrive.
