Physical Property
Physical Properties are the characteristics of substances that can be observed without changing the substance into something else.
Examples for Physical Property:
1. The ice is cold.
2. The sugar is very sweet.
3. The vinegar has a very strong odor.

Chemical Property are the characteristics that is observed when a substance interacts with another substance.
Examples of Chemical Property:
1. Metal can rust.
2. Wood is flammable.
3. Sugar can be dissolved.
Physical Change
Physical Change is a change that alters the form or appearance of a substance but does not make the material into another substance.
Examples of Physical Change :
1. Water into ice.
2. Ice into water.
3. Water into vapor.
Chemical Change
Chemical Change is a change in matter that produces a new substance. Including odor, temperature, rust, dissolve, and foaming ( fizzing, bubbling.)
Examples of Chemical Change:
1. Dissolving sugar.
2. Rusting metal.
3. Burning wood.
