The first poll goes until September 15th. The Top 10 teams plus any team within 5% of the vote total of the 10th team will then proceed to a Semifinal poll to be started within 3 days of the first poll ending. Top 4 from the semifinal poll will go on to a final 10 day poll. The results for the final poll will not display in real-time. The winner will be announced at the end of the season.

Clubs are getting up & running for the new school year! They offer opportunities to explore interests, develop leadership skills, meet new people, learn teamwork and HAVE FUN! Check back often to see what is offered at your campus!

It is time for another year of the Scripps National Spelling Bee.

Classroom Meets - October

Campus Meets - November

District Meet - December 12 at 6:00pm at the Community Room

Collin County Spelling Bee - February 6, 2025 at 6:00pm at the WGHS Auditorium

If your student is enrolled in a Career and Technical Education (CTE) course, encourage them to look into joining a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO). Prosper ISD supports a number of organizations that will build leadership skills, allow students to grow in knowledge and skill, create opportunities for networking, and much more! Prosper ISD has the following CTSOs: DECA, FFA, HOSA, TAFE, and TSA. Membership requirements do exist for each program so make sure to check in with the teacher sponsors. Have a great year full of learning and leading!
