• New Awards Process!!!!! To select awards 4-Her's will go to the fair office any time after they complete the show. A thank you card will be provided at that time. You MUST come to the office to select your award by Sunday, August 11th at 10 am, or an award will be selected for you.
• Once projects are on display in the exhibit hall DO NOT handle them!

Back by popular demand! Our 4-H static exhibitor families will be able to order discount passes directly from the Nebraska State Fair! Orders can be placed using the following link and password. Please remember the opportunity to order these discounted tickets is for static exhibitors and their families only. The misuse of this resource may eliminate this opportunity in the future, so please encourage your families not to share this link. Note – We can track who ordered tickets and match it with their 4-H participation. Discount tickets will not be available through the county offices.

Note – All livestock exhibitors and in-person event exhibitors (contests, fashion show, presentations, and robotics showcase) will still be able to order discounted tickets when they enter in ShoWorks for State Fair. This process has not changed for those exhibitors coming to the fair.

The 4-H Project Showcase is an opportunity for members to show off their favorite project or maybe a project that didn't go as planned! All projects are eligible regardless of the awards received through judging or even the ability to have it judged at the county level. NDA is offering a Poultry Photo contest! They are seeking poultry photos from current 4-H members to be used in poultry education. Electronic submission of the photos is required. The entry form and contest rules are available on NDA’s website at www.nda.nebraska.gov

The State 4-H Office released an updated supporting information sheet for all Home Design & Restoration (formerly known as Home Environment) projects after our Fairbooks were printed. Please use the updated sheet for all HD&R projects you plan to enter! All supporting information sheets are available on our website: https://extension.unl.edu/statewide/cass/cass-county-fair/

The Cass County 4-H Council will be providing wood chips again for the fair!
