Congratulations on a fantastic year! To the class of 2025, you have set the bar high in terms of academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and school pride. Additionally, the Class of 2025 earned $4.6 million dollars in scholarships this year towards furthering their education.

• CampGRIZ for upcoming 5th-10th graders will occur Monday, June 9th through Friday, June 13th. Students who are eligible for Free or Reduced-Priced lunches and/or 21st Century Scholars can attend the camp at no cost. Transportation support and after-camp childcare are available. Flyers in English and Spanish are attached.

Rising Seniors, it's never too early to begin planning for your post-secondary future. The Blue River Community Foundation (BRCF) is hosting a summer workshop to assist you with college scholarship applications, interviews, and much more. This workshop is FREE to all 2026 high school seniors. Learn more and register for one of the workshops using this link.

It's time to photograph seniors for the Class of 2026! Picture dates are June 18th and 19th at Shelbyville High School. Follow the "How to Schedule at the School" step-by-step instructions below on how to schedule senior portraits. These photos will be used in the Senior section of the yearbook. Meal benefit applications will not be available until July 1*. Households are encouraged to apply before the start of the school year to avoid unpaid meal charges. Students who are not approved for free or reduced-price meal benefits before the start of the school year will be classified as paid status and meal charges may begin to accumulate starting the first day of school.
