From the Principal
Hillendale families,
I hope that the many of you with fifth graders in your families enjoyed our Lip Sync Assembly and Oldies Dance this past Friday! We appreciate all your help and support as we know that a TON of outside of school work goes into making the Oldies experience so special from start to finish. A huge "thank you" to all our staff involved in planning, preparing, organizing, and hosting the event as well.
Few slots remain in our Spring Elementary Student Activities. Visit this site for more details. The Spring session is our final session of the year. I hope you and your children have enjoyed these special opportunities with our incredible staff members!
This week is Read Across America Week! Please see our Spirit Week Schedule for next week created by our 5th graders in Student Council below.
Have a great week!

Student Wellness Day @ HES
We are thrilled to announce the return of Hillendale’s Student Wellness Day scheduled on Friday, April 4th! In alignment with UCFSD’s Wellness Standards and 7 Dimensions of Wellness, Hillendale students will enjoy a day centered around physical, mental, social & environmental health - true trademarks of what makes Hillendale such a special place. What also makes Hillendale a special place is you! If you’re interested in running 25 minute sessions for our students on this day, please complete this Google Form. In the past we’ve had great parent-led wellness sessions on breath work, yoga, and art! Not sure if what you have to offer aligns? Please reach out to Mrs. Callinan!
