ACADEMIC CHALLENGE TEAM
The Academic Challenge Team represents Pennridge High School in scholastic competition, challenging teams from all areas of Pennsylvania and beyond. Similar to a type of team Jeopardy, teams of four high school students meet opposing schools’ teams to answer a wide range of academic questions in spirit, intense competition. The ultimate goal is to win the Bucks County Scholar’s Bowl, symbolic of the best team in the region. We will also do some local and national math competitions for students who are only interested in mathematics. Follow the link below to join the team!

ART CLUB
Art Mural Club is for anyone interested in working on personal art in a studio setting with access to various art making supplies. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in various school mural projects. It's a place for students to explore their creativity and self expression. Disc Golf Club
Disc golf also known as frisbee golf, is a creative variant of the traditional golf game in which players use plastic flying discs on a designed course. The goal of disc golf is to land the disc in a series of basket targets and complete the course with the fewest number of throws. The mission of this club is to introduce disc golf to students while also presenting an opportunity to socialize, meet new friends and have fun. This club is open to those that have played and those that would love to learn. The club will meet at Lenape Park weekly weather permitting.

Disinformation Project
This club empowers teens to recognize and fight online disinformation by raising awareness and exploring tailored solutions and mitigation strategies across multiple disciplines. The club allows for more discussion about online safety and keeping teens safe online. This club will meet once a month.

This club brings the infinite worlds of D&D to Pennridge High School. It's a realm of creativity with few boundaries and a place to have fun and make friends, all while playing dungeons and dragons.

EARTH CLUB
Our club has been involved in multiple activities in the school and the local community. In recent years, the Environmental Club has refurbished the courtyard, instituted a more efficient recycling program at the high school, and began a campaign to reduce disposable water bottle usage by having water bottle filling stations installed in multiple places in the high school. We will meet in the mornings on club scheduled days and on select days after school.

EPIC: The Club
Epic: The Musical (stylized as EPIC) is a nine-part series of concept albums (referred to as "sagas") with music and lyrics by Jorge Rivera-Herrans. A sung-through adaptation of Homer's Odyssey inspired by musical theater, it tells the story of Odysseus as he tries to return from Troy to Ithaca after the ten-year-long Trojan War. Along the way, he must face gods and monsters that attempt to prevent him from returning to his wife, Penelope, and his son, Telemachus. This club hopes to bring students together that are interested in Epic: The Musical, greek mythology and the Odyssey. They will meet during RAMS once or twice a month.

FASHION CLUB
This club is open to anyone and everyone who is passionate about fashion and the environment. This club will give the students of PHS the creative outlet to express themselves while also being mindful of the environment and reusing materials. We hope to have students restyle & redesign clothes that are old or from thrift shops to show that you can make something old, new again! We will also look at global fashion through time and learn more about career paths for those interested in a career in the fashion industry.

FCA is a before-school, student-led club designed to be a time for you to hang out with other Christians and to expand your own personal faith. For Love of Socks
For Love of Socks runs a sock drive all year long but primarily from the Fall through Thanksgiving when the weather starts to change. The club collects socks and/or donations to purchase socks and provides them to the Mitzah Circle Foundation. This charitable organization distributes donations to the surrounding local counties to those in need. Friends of Rachel (FOR) Club
The FOR Club is part of the Rachel’s Challenge Program that was presented to the district in 2019. Rachel, the first person killed at Columbine High School on April 20, 1999, was a true believer in kindness. The FOR Club at Pennridge will be working on several avenues to promote kindness and well-being for our students and staff.

GIRLS FOR STEM
This club will empower girls who are interested in STEM and want to get involved by giving them a safe space where they can talk about their interests with other girls, when they may feel like a minority in the STEM field. The club will be reaching out to younger students to get them involved in STEM projects and educate them on opportunities within their community. Our members are also attempting to be available for tutoring younger students in STEM subjects. So join the Girls for STEM club and see what its all about!

KEY CLUB
This club requires dues of $20 to become an active member and completion of 50 hours of community service by April 30th to remain a member in good standing. All members must attend all general membership meetings and remain active in the Canvas page to receive additional information about events. To join Key Club, please complete this year’s Membership Form & hand in $20 dues (cash or check payable to Pennridge High School with student name in the memo line).

Kicks 4 Kids Club
The mission of Kicks 4 Kids Club is to supply shoes and cleats to others in need. The club collects gently use sneakers, cleats and shoes through various fundraisers. The club will clean them and get them ready for donation. This club does partner with the community and hopes to partner with Pennridge Fish to serve the surrounding Perkasie area. Come join our club and help give every kid a running start!

Messages for Wellness is a mental health and wellness program focused on providing mental health resources and education for teens, parents, and educators. Our goal is to promote teen wellness across the country, work to normalize the conversation about mental health, and reduce the stigma that surrounds it.
Messages for Wellness is a student-led, adult-advised school club that focuses on the club's mission and vision. Messages for Wellness clubs create their mission and vision based on the needs of their students, school, and community. The club promotes a brave place for students to be themselves, where they can share their journeys with mental health and wellness. Pearl S Buck Club
Pearl Buck was a driving force in humanitarian causes. She was a longtime advocate of cross-cultural understanding and racial harmony as a means of achieving world peace. The Pennridge Girl's Ice Hockey Club was formed in 2019 to give girls in the Pennridge School District an opportunity to learn the game of ice hockey in a fun and safe environment. There are no costs to try ice hockey with the team. We can even supply equipment. This club will guide students and help them build skills related to understanding the economic market. The main goal is to prepare and enter a business model contest held at St. Joseph's University in the Spring. SADD is a peer leadership organization dedicated to preventing destructive decisions such as underage drinking, other drug use, impaired driving, and teen violence. WOMEN SUPPORTING WOMEN (WSW)
This club will empower women by giving them a safe and supportive group with people their age. The WSW group will meet bi-weekly to discuss personal matters, build self-confidence, better decision-making skills, mental wellness, and engage in community projects to support women. Some of the projects are Period Project (collecting feminine products for the homeless), creating baskets for the girl's bathroom, coat drive, mentoring middle school girls, educating the school about significant women in history, and raising awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault.

YEARBOOK
Students create a yearbook from start to finish. We get involved in school activities (attending plays, sporting events, dances, etc.). We get creative: photography, photoshopping, page layouts, yearbook themes, design ideas, and write-ups. Yearbook Club is also a great addition to a professional portfolio. When a student is able to show that they are an active member of a hard-working team, it helps showcase their overall skills in multitasking, socializing, developing ideas from concept to execution, and everything in between.
