Ohio Report Card Rating
Getting Better Every Day
The State of Ohio recently released annual Report Card ratings for all Ohio school districts. Our district, and NRHS, received 4.5/5, indicating that we "significantly exceed" performance expectations. District ratings are based on five components: achievement, progress, gap closing, early literacy, and graduation. Additional information about post-graduation readiness and technical documentation round out these components and provide a full picture of district and school performance.
The report for NRHS can be found here.
We know we are improving, "GBED" as we like to say. Our educational team looks at this data, and collaborates on strategies to continue to grow and learn how to best support the learning and achievement that our students are capable of, and that we all expect.
Congratulations to all on our current success. We certainly expect Ranger Nation to continue to pursue and demonstrate excellence, moving forward.

Varsity Tutors connects you with real people who can help you with your questions!
SENIOR GUIDANCE NEWS:
Senior meetings are starting
To set up a meeting, seniors must complete this Senior Interview Form. Once that is done, your counselor will meet with you to look at your transcript, discuss graduation, help with applications if needed, and answer any other questions you may have.
All seniors were emailed detailed instructions on the college application process on 9/12. The “Senior Guide to College Admissions” link gives step by step instructions for connecting CommonApp, requesting transcripts, getting teacher recommendations, and more. This can also be found on your RHR Google Classroom and the school website.
Seniors need to complete the “Transcript Request Form” every time you complete an application on SchooLinks to verify with your counselor that you’re ready for them to send your transcript to that specific college.
Reach out to your counselor with any questions along the way!
