A Note From Mrs. Frederick
I am thrilled to join the staff of Heritage Lakes for the 24-25 school year. I look forward to collaborating with staff, students, and parents/guardians to uphold the high standards of academic excellence and community engagement that Heritage Lakes is known for.
I bring 7 years of experience in education, with experiences in multiple elementary grade levels, mentoring new staff, and curriculum analysis and implementation. My journey in education has been driven by a passion for ensuring our students are successful and excited about learning. I attended Winona State University obtaining my bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in child advocacy studies. I completed my first masters degree through National Louis University in Curriculum and Instruction. I hold academic endorsements in mathematics, reading, and learning behavior specialist. More recently, I obtained my second masters degree and endorsement in Educational Leadership from Aurora University.
As a member of the Heritage Lakes community, I am dedicated to supporting the success and well-being of every student. I believe in fostering a positive school environment where students feel valued, safe, and inspired to achieve their fullest potential. I am eager to work alongside our talented staff to continue providing exceptional educational opportunities for our students.
Communication and collaboration are key to a thriving school community, and I encourage open dialogue with parents/guardians, students, and staff. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or ideas you may have. Together, we can ensure that Heritage Lakes remains a place where every student can excel academically and personally.
I am honored to serve as Assistant Principal of Heritage Lakes, and I look forward to meeting and working with each of you in the coming weeks and months. Thank you for your warm welcome and support as we prepare for another fantastic school year!
Go Huskies!
